I know a friend of mine also makes it into effectively croutons for salads and toppings, she says it's farfel? Would it also help to crush the matzoh finely and use it as like a pie or cheesecake crust? I would imagine it would be very similar to a pretzel crust.

It's not chocolate, it's coffee flavoured protein powder with low fat mascarpone, the matzot were first dipped in coffe and then layered.
