Please Help! My computer keeps crashing while under load and is showing this error code

Ever since I built my new PC it keeps randomly crashing under heavy load (around 80%+ GPU utilization) and restarts immediately. I have stress tested it several times, and it always (I think) happens when the GPU is at high utilization.
I have disabled EXPO and all overclocking and it hasn't helped. It isn't overheating or thermal throttling. I have also checked all connections and tried borrowing a friend's power supply, but the issue persists. Since the case has an in-built restart button I thought maybe something was causing a short but the screen turns black instead of grey whenever I press it. I tried plugging my PC into a UPS but it hasn't fixed it either. Taking out the DisplayPort while it's running, pulling out the plug from the socket also turned the screen black instead of grey. So I haven't been able to replicate it manually.
Recently my main monitor has begun randomly turning black (it actually turns grey but I think that's just a monitor thing). So far it has only happened on my main monitor and only affects that monitor's DisplayPort on the GPU. When I plug the monitor into a different port it works just fine.
It’s starting to get on my nerves since I can't play the games I want at high settings without it constantly crashing. Thanks in advance.

BSOD under load usually means corrupted drivers or failing hardware. Run a full driver scan first, then check Event Viewer for what's actually crashing. I've seen Fortect catch driver issues others miss, worth trying before reinstalling Windows.

Are you using 3 power cables or just 2 (1+splitter)?
Please say splitters are fine but I keep seeing a lot of issues.
But at this point this sounds more like a GPU hardware issue where the card is causing the PSU to trip and probably not just from cable issues. If one specific DisplayPort on the GPU is failing while others work is a strong indicator of a faulty VRM or a physical defect in the GPU.
Bad gpu sag could cause momentary loss of connections if that is the case but this is less likely.

I am using a 12v to 2x 8-pin and an 8-pin to 8-pin to power the GPU. I tried with a friends PSU and connectors but that didn't fix it.

Yeah GPU. Sucks man, but atleast if you are in warranty you will be back to gaming soon.
If its out of warranty, i know the parts market is tough as nails rn. I always reccomend people to Northwest Repair if you are NA based(esp US). There are people in the discord who could help with diagnosis or you could send it to NWrepair himself for a flat rate and he will fix it(and possibly make a youtube video depending on how wacky the repair gets).

I suspect GPU needs RMA, but there is a long shot if you haven't done this...
The Ryzen 7 7800X3D on B650 motherboards can have power delivery issues with outdated mother board BIOS but newer chipset drivers. This is related to the 3D V-Cache.
Update you MB bios.

Alternatively if he had any powerspikes from a failing PSU it could have popped a resistor on the gpu, had the exact same thing happen to my 3090ftw3. It. Was. A. Bitch.

Showing what error code?

I can't send pictures for some reason but this is what it shows in windows event viewer:
Level critical
Source: Kernal-Power
Event ID: 41
Task Category: (63)
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Sounds like a GPU issue between crashing under load and issues with display.
But really, need a error code in order to properly diagnose. Could be PSU if it just restarts without a BSOD.

Mmm id say see if anyone or a shop near you has a PSU tester and eliminate that.
Other notable things: DDU(display driver un-installer) and re-install your gpu drivers. If the GPU still has display issues after that, check your cables are rated(display port 1.4 or 2.1) and then if it continues it could be a hardware issue with the display port.

I've already done a DDU and reinstalled all the drivers and the display port cables are up to date
