5070 gaming trio 560€?

Good morning, I found myself looking for a good cheap gpu with a chance and I could get a MSI RTX 5070 12Gb Gaming Trio Oc (new) at 562€.
Is it a good deal? It's my first desktop PC and I'm still doing research, I live in Italy
(I did a similar post for a pny version, but i found this now)
P.s. I need that for blender, alias, rendering, occasional streaming so i'm not looking for a 9700xt

is it used or an independent seller? If it's the latter its quite suspicious, if it's the former the price is too high
