Logbook for interview.

Military pilot with ATP/CTP complete and trying to refine my logbook for interviews. I have unrestricted ATP mins but would be completing the practical with the airline.
I have about 200 fixed wing PIC (actual PIC), mostly general aviation. That being said I have several hundred hours of heavy jet time as a co-pilot (SIC). Now I know 61.159 states the 250 hours of PIC can be SIC performing the duties of PIC.
My question is what would be the best way to show this in a log book? Log the SIC time as SIC and annotate 61.159 in the remarks? Create an additional column for military primary time?
Appreciate any advice or expertise.

You're not PIC unless you signed for the airplane. That's what all airlines want to see.

I don’t know why you got downvoted. As far as military time goes, this is the rule.

I also only listed the time where I actually signed for the plane as PIC time. All the rest (even the 1st pilot time) I recorded ad SIC. They were fine with that.
I also recreated all my logbook in foreflight and created a custom column for 1st pilot time. This was really only for my reference as the airline didn't care.
I also added 0.1 at the beginning and ending of every flight to account for the different way the Navy accounted for flight time than the airlines do. I annotated my foreflight logbook to reflect that in case anyone had questions, but nobody did.

I only listed time I signed for the airplane as PIC, I counted 0 of my time performing the duties, my Naval Aviator logbook had First Pilot time and a PIC column so that made it easier
