You can use this on a standard upper but you need the BAR nut which is OOS everywhere at the moment.

these with a full length Mlock Arca rail on bottom or a rail with one built in to it, like MTE Machining?

Maybe I'm not hip to this, but have you done transitions and movement work holding a handguard with full length arca rail? I don't quite get it, digs into my hand, this enhanced hg is chonky enough - sure it's great for bench work if that's your only need but why not just attach a 4" arca mlok mount where you want it? I don't need 15" of arca to center balance my rifle, but maybe I'm missing something?

I have not done this and you make a great point I haven't considered. I do have a precision rimfire rifle with full length Arca, and do some barricade work with it where its common to adjust bipod position on the fly and full length rails make that a lot easier. But maybe that will be different with an SPR type upper, where movement and transitions will be more common. There are 2 places that get used way more on the rail- out at the muzzle end for most bipod usage, and rearward toward the magwell for balancing in a tripod or locking into a barricade. Maybe I could get away with 2 sections of rail, 1 out front and one close to the rear.
