Hi, i just picked up a intel i7 265kf and Asus Prime z890m-plus wifi-csm, Its been having issues from the get go, randomly freezing, system is running but just frozen. Tried installing a new copy of windows 11 with a fresh windows 11 bootable, it gave some kernal security check failure while trying to install, so i tried again and gotr windows installed. Still random freezes, have to reset the pc. I tried running memtest86, got to 94% complete on the final test but the pc froze again. Everything is up to date, bios, gpu drivers, intel me. Ive had enough and have no idea what it is. I can only assume the motherboard is faulty. Any ideas?

updated: I ran it with xmp off and didnt seem to have a issue, but i got another set of ram today, put it in, no boot, pulled 1 stick, 1 in A2, no boot, put the other stick in a2, no boot, move it to b2, it then boots, test other stick in b2, it boots, put both sticks in, no boot.
