I want to upgrade my pc (currently an i5 9600kf and 1660 super), is Ryzen 5 9600X + RTX 5070 12GB a good couple for 2k gaming? can i reach ultra graphics and 60fps in 2k in most of the AAA games?

It's good. Will you upgrade CPU within this socket? If no Intel 250k plus would be go to at this CPU price range

yes

Yes it is, it might be not the most high end but its current gen Hardware, if you're aiming for 60 fps you'll be good for a while

how many years could it last?
Fragrant_Seesaw_3402@reddit
Minimum 3-4 years. Doesn't exist even announced games for future who you cannot play when these will be released.

Noone knows tbh, but it's solid and if you keep your standard it should definitely last a few years. You might wanna look up a 9070xt for gpu since it has more vram and is generally a better card in the same price segment as a 5070 non ti

For sure, but it also might be worth considering the RX 9070 / RX 9070 XT GPUs.
They tend to retail pretty close to an RTX 5070 and they’ll have 16GB VRAM
The 9070 XT more so competes with the NVIDIA GPU tier above, the RTX 5070 Ti

In my limited experience a 5070 is not gonna last long on 1440p at ultra settings. But if it’s what you can afford it’s what you can afford. I just know that my 3070 instantly struggled in current gen games at the time, so I would expect the same for 5070.

Yeah. Definitely.
