Hotel with Solid gym close to the city center and easy access to public transportation

Please could you kindly help with hotels with breakfast and a solid gym not far from city center with easy public transport access.

Bliss Hotel near Oktogon (in Ó street) has a nice gym, don't know about the breakfast.

Easyhotel Oktogon has breakfast, is next to both tram line 4-6 and subway line M1. There is a 24/7 gym on the other side of the road in front of the hotel.

Not sure where you're from, but locals usually do not go to breakfast and the gym at the hotel.

If you are looking for both, the Marriott is not a bad option.

Ibis and Tribe Budapest Stadium has a gym, although it's not that big, you can find the basics. The kitchen is quite good. It's not in the city center, but it's not on the outskirts either. There's a metro and tram stop right next to it, as well as a long-distance bus station.
