ULPT Petty revenge against racist old lady

This old lady at my work got frustrated because she thought we weren't getting back to her about her service but we had called and messaged her many times and left voicemails, and documented as such. So she called our office and left a message calling me a "Hindi" and saying I'm going to hell, and that "you people come to this country to get educated" (My parents and I were born here, I'm second gen American) and that "you think white conservatives are going to put up with this, well we are not!". Ours is a medical office so we wear masks so she also felt the need to add "I don't want to be around staff that wear masks, they don't work and never did! I traveled in 7 states and never got COVID!"

It was like watching a real life stereotype. I live near DC so I guess these kind of people are feeling emboldened lately.

What are some ways I can get some petty revenge? My first thought was signing her up for a bunch of pamphlets/listservs from different religious institutions and language classes and stuff?

If you have her phone number. Set up automated 3am calls about health insurance or catfish her into thinking she is in a relationship with someone famous. I think Keanu is a popular one, but don't use him because he is lovely. And don't get money from her or anything. Just make her seem foolish and gullible to her family. Or do get money from her if you want because fuck racists.

I'm sure there's some app or website that would do it. Or just do it yourself. Set an alarm at annoying o'clock. Call her, be annoying. Job done.

You could put something like a car or some gaming stuff super cheap on Craigslist and list her number. I called once about a trailer listed with the wrong number. You could tell it was driving the phone owner up the wall. I suspect they deserved it also. By the time I called it had already been up for weeks. “Calls only after 9pm please! I work nights” is a nice little bonus gift.

The signing up idea is a good one especially if it's for one of the more intrusive or zealous ones (Mormons/Scientology). Or you could throw a few handfuls of dimes into a tube sock and just wait for her to come back.

I find that old people don't text or listen to voicemail. She probably has a flip phone and doesn't have texting. I have a customer at work who is the same. I text him, no response, I call him, no answer. I try to leave a voicemail but it's not set up and even if it was, he won't listen to his messages. And then he comes I to the shop all pissed off because I didn't contact him to tell him his shit was ready.

The best thing you could do is charge her extra for the aggravation and/or refuse to serve her in the future. She's digging her own grave, let her.

Aren't you free to refuse service to anyone? I wouldn't blame you for exercising that right in this situation, one could argue this woman's presence creates an unsafe environment, and in a medical office no less.
