Does reduced load rounds help improve the recoil, flash, and loud of the SBR?

Common problems with SBRs (around 8' barrels ) include significant recoil, muzzle flash, and loud gunshot. could using reduced-charge load rounds help alleviate these problems(and without significantly affecting the bullet's muzzle velocity)?
in longer barrels, reduced-charge ammo may lead to some dangerous fails, but are shorter barrels (around 8 inches) safer?

not sure what you think "reduced charge" means. by definition they will have lower velocity and in semi autos probably cause malfunctions. if the blast bothers you get a silencer.

If you develop a load for a 20” barrel then try running it in an 8” barrel, you'll get mostly unburnt powder. You could reduce the charge such that there's no more unburnt powder, and still get basically the same velocity as before. Excess, unburnt powder does not contribute to velocity.

Reduced‑charge ammo generally isn’t a fix for the blast, flash, and recoil of an 8" rifle‑caliber SBR. Those issues are caused by unburnt powder and high pressure at the muzzle, which shortening the barrel makes unavoidable. Even factory loads optimized for short barrels can only do so much in an 8" setup.
Lowering the charge may slightly reduce recoil, but it'll hurt velocity and reliability.

Umm....if you reduce the powder charge you reduce the velocity. There's no way around that.
Also, if you have a rifle cartridge SBR with a barrel of 8" you chose poorly. 5.56/.223 work best in longer barrels. 10.3" being the minimum, but I prefer a 12.5".

Why not get a PCC, if you don't like anything about a short rifle, and have to ask whether it's possible to decrease the load without changing muzzle velocity?

There are several problems you will face when downloading your reloads... 1 - Accuracy (who needs that out of an SBR anyway?) 2 - Reliability. Softer loads will translate to less reliable cycling unless the gas block is adjusted for that. 3 - Safety. Anything less than the minimum load spec for powder inside of a case CAN be dangerous. The main concern being too little powder volume allowing more surface area for powder to burn inside of the case. This would cause a sudden pressure spike and possibly rupture a case.
With all of that being said, I couldn't imagine the results you will achieve with this will be worth it. I would instead suggest investing in a new muzzle device, like a suppressor or warden device.
