Hardware for ultrawide qhd

I'm planning to build a new setup around this monitor:
Philips 34M2C5501A
2 questions:
Is it any good for the money? Aiming for <300€
I'm planning to get a PC with RX 9060XT 16gb, Intel core ultra 5 225f and 32gb ddr5 ram
Will that pc be able to run open world rpgs in ultrawide qhd, on high settings (no ultra needed) at 60fps?

Get a MSI MAG 255 for 180Euro and invest the extra money to get a RX 9070 non XT and get a 7500F for the CPU to make it a good 1440p build mate.

Is the 7500f really sufficient? I heard that in crowded areas like cities or battle situations in games like Cyberpunk of KCD2 the 6 cores lead to lags

What's your total budget and where do you live?

I think that i could get 9070 and ultra 5 245kf within my budget

Why limit yourself to 60HZ when you can play at 200Hz?
Dahkril@reddit (OP)
Hz =\= FPS Reaching 200FPS at 3440x1440 and high settings would probably need a 5080 and 7800x3d That simply blows my budget Thats why my goal is 3440x1440, high settings at 60FPS

Reaching 200FPS at 2160*1440p is completely doable with the build I made. Why you wanna stick with lower FPS ultrawide when you can get high FPS 1440p gaming?
Dahkril@reddit (OP)
In counter strike, yes Not in games I like (for example Cyberpunk or KCD2 as stated before) And I prefer ultrawide over more fps because immersion is more important to me and 60 FPS are totally sufficient to my eye If I can reach 60 FPS in more demanding scenes and 80 in less demanding scenes thats totally fine for me I'd rather safe some money and reach that then stress my budget and get more FPS Thats why I initially asked about 9060xt and ultra 225f because I wanted to know if thats enough. Obviously I know that theres better hardware. But I don't want to pay better hardware if I can reach my goal (3440x1440, high settings, 60+FPS) cheaper.

Take a look. RX 9070 XT, 250K plus, 32GB RAM, 1440p monitor, TLC SSD, ARGB fans.
If you wanna save more, you could get an air cooler, I added an AIO for aesthetics.

You could get the Intel 250K plus. It's way better than the 7500F and only costs around 200USD.

You should get the Intel 250K plus.

How much upscaling are you okay with?
Dahkril@reddit (OP)
I have no experience with that If the pictures look good I'm fine with it
