Take a knife to cut and scoop out a nice chunk of Concord grape jam about twice the size of your thumb
Lather it on one side of a plain slice of sandwich bread with the same knife.
Pour yourself a glass of milk (make sure it’s cold milk for the best).

Ban appetite.
