Is upgrading to an i5-12600KF from an i5-11400F worth it?

So I've heard that CPU prices might be blowing up soon, and I don't want to be left with this subpar CPU, which is struggling with the amount of multitasking and modding I do. I've done some preliminary analysis, and I want to swap out my motherboard that has an LGA 1200 socket for an LGA 1700 Socket so I can put in a better CPU.
The problem is I am a bit strapped for cash, so I don't know if I should go and get an i7-14700KF and future-proof it now, but it would mean having to get a new PSU as well, adding to the cost of an i7...
So... Upgrade PSU, Motherboard, and CPU now for around $500 (From Newegg)
Or upgrade the motherboard and CPU slightly for $200.
Current Specs:
Motherboard: PRIME B560-PLUS AC-HES
GPU: 3060 TI
PSU: 650W PSU
CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz, 2592MHz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
RAM: 2x8gb T-Force DDR4 RAM
Option 1:
Swap PRIME B560-PLUS AC-HES for ASUS B760M-AYW WIFI D4 II LGA 1700 Intel B760 Micro ATX Motherboard
Swap i5-11400F for the i5-12600KF.
Cost: \~$250
Option 2
Swap PRIME B560-PLUS AC-HES for ASUS B760M-AYW WIFI D4 II LGA 1700 Intel B760 Micro ATX Motherboard
Swap i5-11400F for the i7-14700KF.
Swap 650W PSU for 750W PSU
Cost: \~$500
Or if you have a better solution, I am happy to receive any advice! Also I'm not an expert or anything, and it would be my first time changing this computer up since it was a prebuilt.

Thank you for the comments! I think I'll go with a 14600k, and i'll look into the motherboard thing.

I would recommend a combo like this instead of you have $500 for a budget, https://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails?ItemList=Combo.4855503

14600k?

Would not recommend getting a B series mobo for a K series chip. Will limit its performance. The main z690-a pro is pretty cheap on eBay and will perform much better. You’re in an interesting spot. What games and at what Rez do you play? Even a 12700kf would be a massive upgrade.

B series chipset will not limit performance. It only restricts overclocking, which is pointless on most modern CPUs anyway.

The CPU is fine for now. Your biggest bottleneck is the GPU. I would upgrade to 5060 ti 16gb or 5070 for $100 more than the Newegg Bundle.
Or just wait til you can upgrade everything but at that point you could just sell this build & use that money towards a new system.

Why not a 14600k?
