Is upgrading to an i5-12600KF from an i5-11400F worth it?

So I've heard that CPU prices might be blowing up soon, and I don't want to be left with this subpar CPU, which is struggling with the amount of multitasking and modding I do. I've done some preliminary analysis, and I want to swap out my motherboard that has an LGA 1200 socket for an LGA 1700 Socket so I can put in a better CPU.

The problem is I am a bit strapped for cash, so I don't know if I should go and get an i7-14700KF and future-proof it now, but it would mean having to get a new PSU as well, adding to the cost of an i7...

So... Upgrade PSU, Motherboard, and CPU now for around $500 (From Newegg)
Or upgrade the motherboard and CPU slightly for $200.

Current Specs:
Motherboard: PRIME B560-PLUS AC-HES
GPU: 3060 TI
PSU: 650W PSU
CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz, 2592MHz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
RAM: 2x8gb T-Force DDR4 RAM

Option 1:
Swap PRIME B560-PLUS AC-HES for ASUS B760M-AYW WIFI D4 II LGA 1700 Intel B760 Micro ATX Motherboard
Swap i5-11400F for the i5-12600KF.
Cost: \~$250

Option 2
Swap PRIME B560-PLUS AC-HES for ASUS B760M-AYW WIFI D4 II LGA 1700 Intel B760 Micro ATX Motherboard
Swap i5-11400F for the i7-14700KF.
Swap 650W PSU for 750W PSU
Cost: \~$500

Or if you have a better solution, I am happy to receive any advice! Also I'm not an expert or anything, and it would be my first time changing this computer up since it was a prebuilt.
