What if we got a remaster bundle of the PS1 and N64 Xena games?

There have been a lot of 90s and early 00s remasters in the past decade. From legendary games like Tomb Raider and Crash Bandicoot to cult classics like Soul Reaver, Medievil and even Croc!

What if a small gaming studio worked on revamping the fan favourite Xena games from the PlayStation and Nintendo 64?

I personally think it would be a brilliant low risk investment to test the waters in gaming and these games could be "hidden" gems for handheld systems like the Nintendo Switch!

I don't know about a remaster, but now that you mention it, I'd totally love to see a Xena action game like Ghost of Yotei or God of War.

There was also a PS2 game too, but it’s actually way worse than the PS1/N64 games lmao I’d love to see these remastered! I play them with emulators on my phone! It has that perfect mix of beautiful and fever dream aesthetics of the time! If they remade it I’d like them to be able to let us play the original versions too!

The PS2 game could make a project like this a nice trilogy. I'd be curious to give it a try, but since it doesn't have lot of fans (if any), I'd be more than happy with just the PS1 and N64 games

Yes! There are lots of emulator options on iPhone now fortunately! You can sail the high seas for games and download them directly to your phone or connect to a computer. You may need a file called a “BIOS” for it to work. It’s been so long since I set it up I can’t remember lol. Reddit and Google will help a lot!

I'd double or triple buy it in a heartbeat. I'd live for it to be on switch 2 and ps5. hell they could throw in the gameboy version or god help us the Hercules n64 game and I could die happy.

I don't see it happening, but I'd 100% buy it.

It'd be cool if they added online to the N64 fighting game, and the ability to choose skins for your character since each one had four different looks in the game.

I enjoy watching YouTubers sometimes playing Xena for a "worst games" video only to realise that they actually are having fun with the hack and slash and throwing the Chakram around😅

Imagine if they released Xena and Buffy remasters as a bundle! That would be sick cross marketing! It would have to get many executives on the same table though 😅

I just looked them up! Seems they'd be up for it! Initially I had Aspyr in mind! They're remasters are amazing!
