I (and basically everyone else) define a star as a nuclear-burning gas ball, Earth is quite obviously not burning gas otherwise I’d be on fire, so I don’t understand your claim here

Stars aren’t balls of gas in a vaccuum, that’s impossible

Why is that impossible? By the laws I already accept as true, like gravity and basic nuclear physics, a burning gas ball held together by its own mass and hence gravity is self-consistent at the very least

On earth yes because of our atmosphere that’s here because of gravity, without the atmosphere a vacuum is just as ‘default’ to nature as air is to us though. You’d need to preset some evidence here

You haven’t yet presented a self-consistent framework to replace my mainstream science, nor have you on the framework-level disproved that of mainstream science. Maybe answering my questions here will help me understand your point of view, though I can’t deny I’m skeptical ahah. I’ve always found mainstream planetary science to be reliable, reasonable, and self-consistent. If you can disprove the self-consistence at the very least, you’ll be on the way to convincing me. My mind is open, I promise, but I respectfully very strongly disagree with what you’ve laid out to me so far
