This is super common in Australia we call it a HSP (halal snack pack) although i believe other states may have different names for it. We often have lamb aswell as chicken

It's from Adelaide originally where it's called an "AB", depending on who you ask it means either afterbirth or abortion, SA Tourism claims it stands for "Adelaide's Best"
