Ok, which language is galumpki? I'm collecting all of the Eaten Europeans names for cabbage rolls. The name that I know them by is Serbian, Tsarma. Russian polupsi (I guess at the spelling) little doves Czech kapusta Romanian sarmala (I think this may be drives from Serbian) I think I may have heard galumpki from somewhere, who knows what I heard relatives talking about as a kid.

It's an Anglicized Polish word.

I also know the Slovak version is Halupki, but I have always used the Polish word.

I know neither of those are probably spelled like that in their native languages.

So good, and don’t sleep on cabbage roll soup! I make it with ground turkey and cauliflower rice to keep the protein and fiber high and my kids loved it even when they were little.
