No to the B580. You should get at least a 5060.

Couldn't find a 12GB card near that price, people say it's a great card tho

Why do you need 12gb? It’s a 1080p card so 8gb vram is more than sufficient and it doesn’t have cuda so you won’t be using it for ai.
It was a great card when it first launched, being a good $50 cheaper than the 4060 with basically the same performance.
But it was immediately eclipsed by the 5060 when it released 6 months later. The price difference of the B580 and 5060 is now $30-40 which is completely justified by the increase in performance of the 5060. So you pay a bit more to get an equivalent amount of performance plus getting on the nvidia platform effectively for free. The main draw is dlss which very easily extends the life of your gpu by 3 years.
You only get the B580 if you’re on a very strict budget. Anyone who says otherwise is recommending blindly based on past reviews which no longer hold true. The extra $ is very worth it.
There’s also a very valid option of just going for the 9060XT 8GB or 16GB which has so much raw performance that you don’t need to rely on dlss.
