Got rejected multiple times due to Residence Permit Issues.

Hello Hungarian Devs, I have just received this rejection letter from Epam campus Hungary although it is not even a job position, but rather a summer training program. Unfortunately, this is the situation for 90% of the companies in Hungary. I am trying to connect to any recruiter in Hungary or get suggestions to complete my university's internship. I would really appreciate some help.

you can do your mandatory work experience also at the uni

This is going to be my last hope, but for now I'm looking for something outside.

what are you "good" at ?
TiredOfSearshing@reddit (OP)
I'm mainly focused on Java and SpringBoot but I did a lot of school work in other languages and frameworks too. I'm looking for any entry level trainings/internships. I would appreciate your help!

where do you stand with spring? aer yuo comfortable with its reactive framework? what about mockito and general unit tests?
TiredOfSearshing@reddit (OP)
I am currently working on some projects in Spring and familiarizing myself with the framework, but for testing I have the basics like setting up the environment and implement some basic unit tests using Junit5. The rejection I got was for a Java Test Automation Summer Training. So I am currently working on that and wanted to expose myself to the workflow even more.

Check with a local students organization. Find the resident "iskolaszövetkezet".
It is a reasonable effort for a company to get the permit and do the paperwork to properly employ a foreigner. If it is for a short internship, it has bad ROI.
TiredOfSearshing@reddit (OP)
1) I will check it thank you so much. 2) I get it, that's why I don't really complain about being rejected a lot of times because of it.

Hi You don’t have permission to work in Hungary. I would contact the university (either your department, or the “tanulmanyi osztaly” or both). This is not the first time they faced this problem, they have a solution for it

Thank you so much, I think this might work since the internship is actually a must to finish my degree. Thanks again, I'm gonna head to the department tomorrow!
