The sound on my TV was so bad, for decades I thought he said “A Loaf of bread, a potato of milk, and a stick of butter” and I’ve spend so many years wondering wtf a potato of milk was, until I finally heard it clearly.

The supermarkets where I lived didn't. However, EVERY neighborhood shop allowed you to take out a single stick and only buy one of the four pack. Haven't seen that in a while. All those little mom and pops have been replaced by Dollar General in my county.
