Where would you buy a leather bomber jacket with a custom logo?

Hello, odd request, looking for a company that can either put an embossed or stitched logo on a leather bomber jacket for a friend, he has an old one that's way past its best and want to get them a new one. Any ideas where this can be ordered from or who to speak to, google is failing me. I looked into this before and ran into the same issue. Most places either do leather jackets or customization, but not both. What worked for me was getting a solid leather jacket and adding a custom patch instead. It looks cleaner and avoids damaging the leather. I used The Monterey Company for the patch and it came out really sharp. It ended up looking more premium than most direct logo options.

A new patch or a new jacket? Ask on a local Facebook group as there may be crafty people who'd be able to do it.

Embossing is not cost-effective for a one-off. Embroidery makes lots of holes in the leather which greatly reduces its waterproofness (and is difficult to do on such a touch material). You can laser-engrave most leathers, so if you know someone at a maker-space with a laser machine that will probably be cheap or even free.

Alright. I'd get the jacket separately, then approach someone about the logo. If you've got an independent seamstress/dressmaker in your town, they may be able to advise.

Check out places that do customised motorcycle jackets. They'll know how to handle embroidery on leather, or produce a patch to sew onto the leather.
