My pc officially passed away

So... Recently my GPU stopped working, a second hand RX 580 8GB VRAM which lasted less than a year.... I'm so pissed off dude...
BUT I have some theories on what is happening and I need you to answer.
1-The GPU is fricked up and I need a new one.
2- BIOS outdated: I didn't updated my BIOS since I got the pc (6 years ago), so maybe I should update It, somehow because the GPU is not working and I don't have integrated graphics.
3-Dust: This is the best option, and probably is what is happening. Yeah, I didn't cleaned up my pc since I got It, mainly because I didn't know that and, when I learnt I had to clean It, I was affraid to break It (and also because the PC worked pretty good).
So, PC experts gods, which is the best option in your opinion? Is there any other solution I don't know?

It’s a mining card. What else did you expect?

Yes the GPU likely died. The RX580 is a fairly old GPU. If the bios worked before then it should still work. If couyyou should clean your system out periodically. If dust killed your GPU it's still a dead GPU.

Step one clean the dust out and I mean most all of it and don't let it get that dirty again 😅.
Step two test the GPU in another motherboard if possible or try a different gpu in your motherboard.
Should you be able to do these, it'll speed up the diagnosis of what's really going on by helpful people here.

Does the gpu happen to have a dual bios switch? I have a rx580 8gb that has a dual bios switch on it and it only works in the silent bios position on modern motherboards unless you make compatible changes in the motherboard bios. Doesn’t explain why it suddenly stopped but If the gpu has a switch on it, try flipping it. Who knows.

Well..
What's wrong?

How do you know this? What have you tested? What troubleshooting steps have you taken? What is the rest of your hardware?

Because, when I turn It on, It doesn't give image. I tried to connect the DP cable to another port and still, the other monitors, which uses HDMI and VGA, doesn't give image aswell. I also tried to let the pc of for all night and cut the power off, and stills doesn't give any sign of life. And, about the rest of the hardware, I think it's all fine, none of the other components seems to be damaged.

The RX580 GPU does not support VGA, so I'm not sure how you'd connect it in that way.
What CPU do you have? Do you have access to onboard graphics from your motherboard?

Simple answers aren't always the correct ones, for all you know, your motherboards PCIE slot could be faulty too, your PSU could be faulty (not providing power to the GPU, hence it not working), do some more testing or take it to a PC technician.

That card is ancient. Time for an upgrade.

9 year old card, all bets are off on how stable it would be. Consider a 3060 is also 5 years old at this stage.
DZCreeper@reddit
RX 580 is 9 years old and you never know what overclocking shenanigans the previous did. It dying is unfortunate but realistic.
Outdated BIOS would not impact your GPU. Just means you are missing stuff like security patches and memory compatibility tweaks.
Dust buildup does accelerate component death. High temperatures harm any component, simply having a high airflow case and blowing out dust every 2-3 months can 2-3x your component lifespan.
Get a more modern GPU this time if you can afford it. RTX 3060 12GB is $200-225 used.
