I’ve had a Vitesse Wave e-bike for around a year, bought as an ex-display from a bike shop. It’s been great until last week it suddenly cut out on me mid-ride and it hasn’t turned on since. It doesn’t seem to be the battery running out as it had 2-3 out of 4 bars when it cut out, and we’ve charged it since and it still won’t turn on.

I can’t find any place in my city (Birmingham UK) that will look at it as it’s not a common system here apparently. If anyone else has had this issue with this bike or know anything about it I’d really appreciate hearing your thoughts.
