Tried reinstalling Windows using a software called easyBCD
Nothing online has helped me so far. I have a USB stick and a laptop so I can download things to try and install. PLEASE HELP.
Specs if they help at all:
I5-8400 2.80GHz CPU GTX 1060 6GB GPU ASRock H310CM-DVS Motherboard DDR4-3200 8GB (2 1600Mhz sticks)

Most common cause is BIOS storage mode being set to RAID / Intel RST instead of AHCI.
Go into BIOS and check:
Also, I’d remake the Windows USB using Microsoft Media Creation Tool or Rufus instead of easyBCD.
If BIOS sees the drive, Windows usually will too after that.

I can’t see a storage/sata mode anywhere in the BIOS, I see Storage Configuration in the advanced tab with SATA controllers (enabled/disabled) SATA Controller speed (gen1-3) SATA Aggressive link Power Management (Enabled/Disabled) and Hard Disk S.M.A.R.T (Enabled/Disabled)

Yeah some ASRock BIOS versions hide it under Intel Rapid Storage / VMD instead of naming it AHCI directly.
Check these next:
• Advanced > Intel Rapid Storage Technology
• Advanced > VMD Controller (disable if enabled)
• Boot tab > CSM / UEFI settings
• Make sure your SSD shows up in BIOS storage list
If no RAID/VMD option exists, it may already be in AHCI mode.
Then I’d remake the Windows USB using Microsoft Media Creation Tool or Rufus (GPT + UEFI), because easyBCD-made installers can sometimes cause that exact driver screen.

literally none of the things you listed are in my BIOS which is concerning, I’m gonna try making a Rufus Iso now and maybe it’ll show up
EliteRigWorks@reddit
Yeah that’s honestly possible on some OEM / older boards with limited BIOS options.
Rufus is the right next move. Use GPT + UEFI, and a fresh Windows ISO if possible.
If it still asks for drivers after that, it’s usually either:
Let me know what happens after Rufus.
