Hi guys. I am from Brazil, i am working as a delivery man. Where I work there are many steep hills. I wish to know if it is worth to install an ekit on this bike, if so, wich one? Thank you a lot

With hills I would not get a hub motor, look at the Bafang BBSHD or Tongsheng TSDZ8 mid-drive as theyll get up steep hills with a load without problems

Looks possible. So get a mid drive or a geared hub motor as they are best for hills, if you can't get a high winding 5/6T hub motor.
And install torque arms on your bicycle,
Don't cheap out on the battery.
