We live in a 4-plex, and got new neighbours in the unit below and across from us April 1. Worst neighbours ever, already had animal control here 3 times and cops twice. Last week they called my wife a bitch and threatened us because we asked them not to smoke right in front of the door so that we didn't have to walk between them and through the smoke every time we enter or exit the building.

Since then they seem to be outside CONSTANTLY. We put a security camera up and they're outside more than inside (neither of them work). My wife doesn't feel safe, and to top it off they have an aggressive dog that lunges at our new puppy and takes both of them to restrain (they've had animal control called because they openly beat the dog in public).

I want them to hate it here. I would love to hear suggestions for ways that I can fuck with them. Ideally whatever I did would not be able to be traced back to me in any way, so I could deny any wrongdoing/chalk it up to coincidence. At the bear minimum if I can just get them to not hang outside all day long, that would be a big step too.

Only thing I've come up with is somehow making it smell horrible out there lol.
