need help with building my first gaming pc

hello everyone !! \^\^
i've been gaming primarily on my ps5 (and my recently-busted gaming laptop) and finally wanna make the switch to an actual desktop, mostly because i want to stream games to my friends on discord (who mostly prefer watching over playing lol). elden ring and baldur's gate 3 come to mind as games i definitely wanna be able to play (and stream) on it.
my budget currently is about €1600, but i can go up to €2600 if i give it a few more months of saving. i'm just antsy with the ram prices going up and being unsure if they're gonna come back down anytime soon or keep going up for a while.
i'm in the netherlands. possibly a white build but i'm honestly not especially picky as long as it runs what i want it to. peripherals also needed !!
thank you for your time in advance <3

Mouse and keyboard are pretty cheap, you can always upgrade them later. That's where you save money if needed. If you can afford it get a wireless mouse though, it can be really annoying with wire especially on low sense with the cord getting in the way.
Try and get a mechanical keyboard as membranes won't register multiple keypresses at the same time as they share a circuit.
Depending on the games you play you might want a fullsize keyboard, though smaller keyboards are overrated anyway unless you need the desk space and are pretty much just for aesthetics.
Don't get a Nvidia GPU, AMD is always better price per performance, it's only when that doesn't matter to you you should consider Nvidia. Don't get an intel CPU they suck.
Make sure you get a m.2 SSD it's a game changer. At least 1TB but 2 would be better. 16GB of ram and ryzen 5600 or whatever.

Plenty of YT videos as well, just to get an idea of what's out there and use as reference. One question that needs to be answered is to what resolution are you planning on playing ? From there onwards, it'll be easier to start puzzling parts together.
i.e. the 1K euro will get you a better gpu.

I would say start playing around with pc part picker, it help you get to know what parts are compatible with what and a good estimate if you plan to buy new parts. To save even more money I recommend then looking for second hand parts (other than the power supply and SSD) it could save you a good chunk of change. Other than that, look up a few videos with the type of aesthetic you want your pc to have, if any, with €1600 you can build yourself a pretty good machine for 1440p.
