Aventon pace 5 ?

Hey everyone,
I was going to buy an aventon pace 4 and my reseller (I live in Canada) told me that the pace 5 is coming out late May. He showed me some specs/colors and it's definitely an upgrade.
Would you preorder the new model like he suggested since the 4 is pretty much out of stock everywhere?

Interesting. I have a Pace 500.3, and was planning to upgrade to the Velotric Discover 3 sometime in the next couple months. But if a Pace 5 came out and had a front suspension, that could make my choice interesting. I like the Pace 500.3, but its fatal flaw (for me and my routes) is the lack of a front suspension.

Why not try the Level 4 and change the handlebars to the pace handlebars?

I tried to do this on the weekend with an authorized Aventon dealer but the break cables aren't long enough to reach a higher handle bar.

Bummer. It’s not the same as a fork suspension but you could also consider a stem suspension. Having said that I think Velotric is a good option.

They didn't mention the front suspension for the pace 5 so I won't be betting on it.

I’d probably wait if you’re not in a rush, newer model will likely have better specs, and the Pace line is already solid for comfort and range. But if you need a bike now, the current one is still a good, proven option so you can’t really go wrong either way.

I mean I'd love to have a bike right now but the pace 4 is out of stock. Waiting seems like the best option, thank you !
