I know this looks bad, but I made it without any tutorials or cookbooks. Just got back from the countryside after being away for a really long time, and almost everything in my fridge had decomposed. The only shit left were some ground pork, carrots, onions, coconut cream, and shiitake mushrooms. I also found a box of curry paste that was given to me bout five years ago, so I decided to just 'have at it', cooked everything up, but when it was finished the sauce tasted nothing, so I decided to separate the sauce and add more paste and it went from using a few spoons to the entire box because I still couldn't taste a shit, the more the sauce cooked, the thicker it got and then dumped in more salt because I still couldn't taste anything
