First time planning to build a PC, this is what i was planning to get

Hey everyone,
I thought I’d ask Reddit what people think about this PC build I’ve been planning and see if I can get some tips. I’m 15 and I’ll have to work hard to afford it, so I really want to make sure I’m making good choices.
I’m aiming for a future-proof, versatile PC that can handle solid performance at 1440p and even 4K in less demanding games. I’m not really interested in playing extremely heavy titles like Cyberpunk at max settings, I’d rather play at 1440p high with lower ray tracing instead of pushing 4K ultra.
My budget is around €1400, but I’m hoping it might drop a bit by the end of summer if RAM and NVMe prices go down.
Here’s the build:
•Phanteks XT Pro Ultra case (€70)
•GIGABYTE B650 Eagle AX motherboard (€120)
•Ryzen 5 9600X (€180)
RX 9060 XT (€420)
•Kingston Fury Beast RGB DDR5 6000MHz CL30 (32GB) (€250)
•Fikwot 2TB NVMe SSD (7400 MB/s) (€230)
•Corsair RM750e PSU
•Thermalright Aqua Elite 240 V5 (€50)
Total: \~€1400
From the benchmarks I’ve seen, this CPU + GPU combo can run Cyberpunk at 1440p high around 80 FPS on average, so I assume it will perform even better in more optimized or lighter games.
This would also be a huge upgrade from my current system (Ryzen 5 3600, RTX 2060, 16GB DDR4, 1TB HDD and 256gb NVMe SSD), which I’m planning to sell for around €300, let me know if that price sounds reasonable.
I also compared my build to prebuilt PCs, and honestly I think this is a much better deal. €1600 prebuilts might sometimes have an RTX 5070, but they usually come with weaker CPUs (probably resulting in bottlenecks) and slower storage (often 1TB at \~3000 MB/s). In my opinion, building it myself is more satisfying anyway.
This will be my first time building a PC, but I’ll have a couple of months to learn. I’ve already started watching tutorials and I pick things up pretty fast, seems pretty easy. My father is also very handy and will help me, so I don’t expect major issues.
What worries me the most is cable management and understanding where everything plugs into the motherboard.
Any tips or advice would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Swap the cooler for a Freezer 36.

32gb ddr5 for only €250?!

Yeah but it's not a kit, it's sold as singular 16gb ram stick for €117

Thats still cheap though. So at this point 2 single sticks of 16 is cheaper than a 32gb kit damn

Exactly, at first i tought i tought it was one of the many scams on Amazon but doing a background check i discovered the vendor actually had many 5 star reviews and the ram stick itself has over 300 reviews which some are pretty recent, if you want i can send you the link, this Is italy's marketplace i think tho

You cold go for as 7600X over the 9600X, it should be cheaper and the performance difference is marginal. its also not a hot CPU, so an air cooler will be perfectly fine for it, something like a Thermalright Peerless Assassin, Arctic Freezer 36 or Montech NX600 will be more than capable of cooling it well.
If you go with the 7600X, you could switch to the RM750x for the PSU instead of the RM750e. The RMx series are better quality and quieter, and come with a longer warranty.

For cable management and plugging stuff into the motherboard, its pretty straightforward. Both your motherboard and case will have info in their manuals for that which can be found online in the support section of their product pages.
In the image linked below, you'll see the cables that come with that case for the front USB ports and power button (FPanel). I've marked where they plug into the motherboard in the accompanying image. Other than that, your CPU cooler should plug into the CPU_FAN header, any case fans should plug into SYS_FAN headers (sometimes called CHA_FAN on other boards), and any ARGB cables from case fans can plug into the ARGB_V2 headers, you can see 3 on the diagram.

Thanks this was so helpful! I'll defo consider the 7700XT and getting an air cooler, even tough i liked the liquid cooling aesthetics
