Gta 5 online killing my PC

Hey guys I need help, I’ve started playing GTA recently and all went well until it crashed once, no signal to the monitor but PC was running, VGA led turned on after a few seconds. So I reseated the RAM + GPU and it worked. Tried to play again and same thing happened so I set the settings to minimum but it still dies.
This became a cycle, I turn off then turn my PC on then the VGA light is on again so I keep reseating my GPU to get a boot. (I have to reseat the RAM, GPU or leave it for an hour to get a boot).
Tried to update my BIOS, CMOS reset, update drivers, verify game integrity files, playing in a cold room, cleaning pc, connecting to a wall socket rather than using an extension.
I just noticed that I get a boot if I DON’T play GTA 5 but when I play GTA 5, I get VGA light when I turn on my PC even after a day of it turned off.
PC specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 - 5600x
GPU: rtx 3060 12gb
MOBO: msi B550M pro vdh
PSU: mag bronze 650 watt
RAM: T-force 8gb 2 sticks
Fans: Stock
I haven’t tried playing again since the BIOS update. I’m scared it’ll die again. Idk if it’s the power supply since I get a kernel 41 bs when I check event viewer but it’s only been 2 years since I had this power supply.
I don’t know if optimizing my GPU or CPU helps. I haven’t tried tinkering on these ever since I got my rig. I’ve tried other games like fifa, split fiction, dota 2, fortnite, valorant, it takes 2 and they all work well. Idk guys I need help
