Gigabyte Windforce 5090 fan loud weird noise at high speed

about 6 months ago I bought the Gigabyte 5090 Windforce. The GPU performs great overall but since 1 month ago every time the GPU reaches over 90% usage or temperature exceeding 75c the right fan start to make insanely loud noise. The card is not losing temperature or anything like that and perform as expected but the noise drives me crazy. I got a noise canceling headset which helps a lot but if I want to use external speakers the noise is just too much.
I wanted to activate warranty but at the moment there is a world wide shortage in those cards (and probably any other 5090 in general ) so even if I wanted to replace it, chances are I couldn't simply because there are no available units (thanks to the always-hungry AI data centers).
Anyone else experienced something like that with the 5090 ? I honestly have no clue what to do. I checked but there is no dirt or anything blocking the fans spinning so I guess it has to do with the inner-side of the card

Can you describe the noise? Is it high-pitched, almost like an old TV? Buzzing? Does it go up and down in pitch at the same time that frame rates go up and down?

just like that

Hmm, my questions were to see if it was coil while, but that video doesn't sound like that. It could be a fan bearing, or there could be such a tight tolerance between the outside of the fan and the shroud around it, that when the fan spins fast enough and builds up enough centrifugal force, it makes slight contact with the shroud. I'm thinking it's the latter. Could also be an unbalanced fan that makes the shroud or some other part rattle.
