My PC isn't displaying video.

Hi everyone, I have a question. I have a GA A320M S2H motherboard with a Ryzen 5 2600, a GTX 1060 6GB, and 16GB of Corsair Vengeance LED RAM (serial number CMU16GX4M2C3000C15). Everything is installed, but there's no video output. I see that the HDMI connection is working, but the screen is black. I don't know what's wrong, but it stays like this, and only the peripherals—keyboard, mouse, and fans—turn on. Can anyone help me with this, or give me some advice?

Try reseating the ram. Also make sure your psu switch is on.

So I take you build a new PC and there is no video? Did the GPU, HDMI cable and display work earlier? If possible, try with other cable or display - even a TV should work.
Maybe the following can help.

I've already tested my monitor with another PC and it works fine.
