Is Cosy Club actually worth the wait for a table?

I’ve been trying to book a brunch there for a while now but it’s basically always full on weekends. Before I end up booking something weeks in advance, just wanted to ask if it’s actually worth it? I keep seeing people mention the Butcher’s Brunch and the chorizo hash, but not sure if it’s genuinely that good or just hype. Or would you say it’s better to just go somewhere in Stony or Wolverton instead for a decent breakfast? Would be great to know honest opinions before I bother booking.

No, not at all worth it. I don’t understand why it’s so booked up.

I haven’t been since opening night. They ran a promotional event for local food bloggers. It wasn’t enough to get me to go again.

Yeah that kinda tracks with what I’ve heard from a few people. Lots of launch hype, then it just turned into “fine but nothing special.”
Did anything stand out as actually good or was it all just very… average? I’m wondering if it’s worth the faff of booking, or if I should just stick to somewhere in Stony where you can actually walk in and eat without planning your life around it.

Lol. No. It's a chain restaurant

I can usually get a table even on the day, we do go pretty early when we go though. I think it’s very good, IMHO it’s reasonably priced, my husband loves the butcher’s brunch.

No. Bang average food at best.

I’ve been to others but not MK. I’m surprised they are so booked up. Food is usually good but I wouldn’t queue.
