That's just great i love having every country that borders mine fall to terrorism. JNIM is genuinely such a big threat we might require a buffer zone and an alliance with the FLA. Wagner have done nothing but make it worse by convincing the head of state of breaking the Algiers Accords and starting a war he could not win just to have an excuse for smuggling Malian gold into Russia

Nah we good. They choose Russia, they gonna have to stick with them.

Kind of had the inkling they were cooked when they swapped France for Russia. I'm sure the right people got rich, though...

Yeh, look I get the argument for why they were pissed at France for exploiting them for so long.. but better to have militarily competent colonial exploiters than non militarily competent colonial exploiters.

It's not only the alleged exploitation. The current general did one coup before, then France told him to step down. He came to the power he has now in his second coup. So obviously he had to get rid of French troops to keep his power this time around.

Yeah cuz colonial Africa has been done right by the French...

Yeah, NATO got rich. JNIM's main source of funding is gold mining, which they sell for he UAE, Turkey, and Switzerland. Crazy how these Islamist groups always end up having direct economic support from NATO or NATO allies.

Yet your country is the main reason these groups even went to Mali in the first place.
30 years ago, your mum civil war was the same as Mali, why are you on your high horse?
