My father was in prison in the 1960’s and let them do experiments on him for commissary funds. I was born in the early 1970’s.
As a young adult I began to notice I was often followed. Never interested with that I’m aware of just observed. It seemed to stop in my mid 30’s.
Maybe I’m just paranoid but I think they tracked me due to experiments they did on him. From as early as I can remember in school I always had a class only a few students had for students with some special issue. I was a straight A student and didn’t really have any issues though.

Reminder that MK_ULTRA came about because the Americans convinced themselves the soviets were perfecting mind control technology.
In reality the soviets realised the best way of gaining favour was offering people money.
Always bear that in mind when you read a headline 'warning' about what a perceived adversary is doing or going to do. The levels of normalised paranoia within our societies are obscene. And we haven't actually learned any lessons from repeatedly being shown to be insanely paranoid.

In reality, this was the "excuse" and justification we used once the programs were discovered. It's wasn't all woo and nonsense. It was a serious program that had serious results. See Manson's connection with MK Ultra. It's very likely those murders were a test to see how far they could push someone to kill someone specific.

Just loose circumstantial evidence.
Manson used LSD...MK ULTRA directly used LSD in their experiments.
Manson was on parole at the time of all his shenanigans...yet for some reason was NEVER violated for.
One of the top MK ULTRA docs also run a clinic that Mason and his followers frequented.
And then there's all kinds of rumors that persist about Manson being part of Operation CHAOS....but no real evidence at all it looks like.

The whole mind control / remote viewing / staring at goats till they drop dead malarkey was the soviets feeding the americans bullshit so they'd go on wild goose chases.

Another huge reason for the "mind control" panic was at the end of the Korean War American POWs were given the choice to be sent back home or stay in the People's Republic of China and a handful of them chose to stay in China. Obviously there could be no possible explanation for that unless the Chinese were doing spooky mind control.
Most of the Americans who chose to stay in China eventually went home. When asked why they stayed in China is was simply because they had been treated humanely by their captors, whereas (as black Americans) they had been treated like shit back home.
It was mostly one guy who invented and pushed the narrative of "Chinese mind control" and he did it mostly so he could sell books and get regular work as the kind of talking head who pops up on TV or the radio when they need someone to talk about how scary communist China is.

There are people using obfuscated tech to additionally stalk harass and demean people. Isolating and slandering them and the quietly tormenting them and depersonalize them from a distance.
In conjunction with a curated social media feed used to nudge the individual towards extremism.
Doing so quietly with help of local associates of a nationalist b organization to harass and abuse them while gaslighting them
Trying to entrap, prime, provoke and coerce the person, towards enacting harm.

While I do enjoy musing that the spirit of MK-Ultra still resides with us in social media as some sort of digital superstorm of machine-engineered psychosis, I think we need to stick with what we can prove by a paper trail, as in the link above, at least in some futile attempt to stay grounded.
