Help me chose PC parts

Hey guys, my dad's buying the Asus Vivobook 16, but I think he could get similar or more performance at a lower price if he got a PC. I'm completely new to PCs in general, so I'm asking here.
I don't mind making the pc or getting it pre-built, so what components should get good performance around or below 530 USD (roughly converting from my currency)? I have no idea about pc components.
ps: i have a monitor, so 530 USD includes only the pc. Thanks in advance!!

Ryzen 3600/5500
AMD's stock cooler/any single tower cooler
Gigabyte B550M K or some other board on the cheaper part
2x8 GBs of 3200mhz cl16 ram
RX 6600/5700
Any 512 GB ssd
Any case basically
MSI MAG A650BN
If you go for used parts, you will be able to pull if off with a bit of patience

For 530usd, keep it simple. go Ryzen 5 5600G (has built-in graphics), 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD, and a basic B450/B550 board. that’ll be way better than a cheap laptop for performance, and you can always add a GPU later.
