I was hoping i could get some help? My PC has a 1690 ti I was looking for a new motherboard, CPU, and RAM for $300. Is there anything with getting right now or should I just save up to get better components.

I don't get your posting. You understand the point of a console is cost-effectiveness, right?
You're not going to get anything close to a PS5, for under $1000. Even a PS5 Pro would be cheaper.

Sony is trying to implement something to where if you dont touch your game for 30 days, you lose access to the license

So buy discs. your logic is insane.

It is not I'm switch form ps5 because of their most recent updates I have a PC I just need to upgrade it

Do you have a microcenter near you? They had the 7600x3d mobo and ram on sale for $300 recently, now it's the 7500x3d combo which is still good. But if you aren't in a huge rush and live near one then keep an eye out for sales.

No sadly

What's your goal with the PC, and what's your current build?
The 2060, 2070 & 2080 cards still hold their own in 2026 & can be bought used for <$300.
But if its worth it would depend on the mobo, cpu & ram and also what u want the pc for.

You can get a decent combo from microcenter, if you're lucky enough to have one nearby. Can get a 7600x3d, mobo, and ram for $300-350
Melodic-Drawer9967@reddit
Sorry, 7500x3d, mobo, and 16gb ram for $300. 7600x3d, mobo, and 32gb ram for $350
GeassAye@reddit
ONLY IF YOU LIVE BY A MICROCENTER
AMD Ryzen 5 7500X3d + Asrock 850m-C + 16GB DDR5 Ram for 300 (AM5)
tallassmike@reddit
Maybe an AM4 build. But yeah bad timing
GeassAye@reddit
If this was 10 months ago, yes. But because of AI, ram and ssd prices have skyrocketed 4x the price. RAM that was $120 for 32gb is now over $400+
Thelgow@reddit
Bad timing. That $300 might get you some ram.

Ok thank you for the help

Save up.
