Other than the ssd that does work, what exactly does your pc not do well enough that you are asking about upgrading?

Then you need a new system. Xeons are inadequate for gaming.

how many sticks of RAM do you have? i think e5-2680 v4 is capable of quad-channel. and you can definitely use more RAM; RAM is never enough, esp3cially if you want to do AI work

For gaming or workstation? Is this a server? Gaming if you have x99 chipset - i75960X. Budget? for GPU a 2070 would be a big step up. Double the ram and at least 3600MHz. What about one of those NVME to PCIe adapters? - I always wanted to try one of those.

All you can do is a GPU and SSD upgrade… however, your CPU will bottleneck hard.
