You'd want to put a feed station in the center, so they all line up with heads in, butts out. Otherwise you could get crushed eggs coming out of their mouths sorta like Red Hot Catholic Love episode.

There’s an old farmers thing about bathing hens in epsom salt to increase their laying lifespan (hens usually stop laying eggs at about 6, but supposedly bathing them can restart it) I heard it a lot as a kid, and tried it and it did nothing, but then again I couldn’t get a hen to sit in a bucket of water for 15 minutes
