Hi I just bought a car and heard it is really important to do maintenance work to keep the car in good condition.
The problem is I don’t know anything about it and all the YouTube videos and google stuff telling me different things.
Can you please let me know what to do for my car? My car is 2016 Camry btw.

Read your owners manual. If you don't have one go to Toyota's website and download on for your car as a pdf. Read the section on maintenance. All is revealed there.

Do all the scheduled maintenance on time, with one exception: change the oil earlier. 5k miles or 6 months tops.

The owners manual will give you a service schedule

Check the oil. If it's brown get it, the oil filter and engine air filter replaced. That puts you in a pretty good place off the bat for under $100. Then, check the tire tread, and depending on mileage, get the brakes checked.

For what it's worth, oil darkens moreso due to heat than contamination.

Read your owner's manual. There's a maintenance schedule in there that will tell you when certain things need to be done.

Oil changes every 5000km even though the manual likely says every 8000km...so something in between that.
Check the car manual for a transmission fluid change recommendation.
Get your brakes and tires checked for wear about once a year.

How many miles?
Change the oil every 5k, rotate tires when needed (usually every other oil change but some drive styles like it every oil change) . Are the biggest two that will save you money long term and are the most frequent.
Outside that Change the engine air filter every other oil change or when dirty. Change cabin filter when dirty (usually every year or so)
Follow manufacturers recommendations for trans fluid, coolant, and flush the brake fluid every 3-5 years.
Have the brakes and suspension inspected when yiu do your oil changes. Most shops do this as part of their upsel strat. If they say something needs work, verufy yourself, or take it to a second shop to double check. (or find a trusted honest mechanic)
