2nd time making home made quiche with snag &onion (fell apart because i added grated cheese)
$4 worth of smoked trout
multigrain bread & butter (bread was free from the op shop)
Pickled jalapeños because i love them

only my second time ever making crustless quiche- i put grated cheese in but that made it fall apart

Can put in a tablespoon or two of self raising flour in your crustless quiche mix as a binder, and keep the shredded cheese in, that also helps bind everything together
Something like 6 eggs, half a cup of shredded cheese, a tbs or 2 of SR flour, salt and pepper, and onions n snags or other fillings

i should have stated: tea is the meal of Dinner in Australia, not to be confused with the drink of the same name, which is often referred to as a cuppa
