How much would you pay for an rx9060xt?

1) How much would you be willing to pay for a 16GB RX 9060XT? I can't find one in Italy less than €380 (used-second hand). 2) Do you think the prices of RAM, GPUs, etc. will continue to rise? In other words I'm asking whether it makes sense to wait a few more months hoping for a drop in prices or not.
