The majority of these are t-34 mentors. Built by Beechcraft

Exactly what they are. I flew one in Flight school that had the orange and white colors.

First photo leftmost plane (From picture point of view) with the orange tips... is it a Portuguese Air Foce Livery Epsilon? How did it end up in the states? Thanks!

From looking it up, they're likely both French.
It's hard to tell, but looking some things up suggests that they're N46EY and N315XN, the latter one being the orange tips and roundels.

Thanks for that, I'm happy at least i got the type right. I didn't know the "portuguese Livery" is just the standard livery with some roundels XD

I have no idea! I took my kid to the aquarium that overlooks La Jolla Shores and saw these guys doing passes. Wish I had my Nikon on hand with a proper zoom.
According to FlightRadar, they took off from Gillespie Field

This is the plane i'm thinking of, but it's too small to be sure. Thanks anyway!

Really beautiful! Almost whimsical against the perfect blue sky

No way I saw that red mentor yesterday low flying and using show smoke over KFUL while I was taxing.

Awesome. Flew a t-34 at the Monterey Navy Flying Club. Such a great aircraft to fly!
