[Question] Can We Make A Rule That All Battlestations MUST List Specs?

So many times I see posts of great systems... but there aren't specs. I want to know everything about what's posted on here. Any way to force this? Help this? Demand this? Incentivize this?
Anyone else agree?

That's alot to ask from your average reddit user

It's not the average Reddit user; it's people who post on this sub specifically. I assume those people care about retro computers.

That's asking a lot of people who have no clue about retro computing and are just caught up in it because they see YouTubers doing it. LoL 🤣🤣🤣

It could be a good learning opportunity then. Users with more technical skills and experience could share that.

Why? Who cares? This isn't an exclusively PC-clones only sub. Are the specs of an S100 or SGI going to mean anything to you anyway?

Why? To know what parts are in a machine. Specs show a lot about its performance, and if someone chose them, it's a topic of conversation. If they were built in, or rare, like a S100 or PDP, then that's a good way to learn about computer history, you know, "retro" things.
Who cares? I do. Maybe others
I might not know every old or obscure computer part ever constructed, but I'd like to hear about them, maybe learn about them. Yes.Â

Make it a recommendation for posting.
