I suppose the x-axis could be; what year it is, how old you are, how many years you've been carrying, or just capacity, but I figured plenty of us have thought this at some point lol
(And I say this as a guy who regularly carries a USP9 w/18rnds lol)
Wreckage365@reddit
The basic vanilla small little P365 is the best pistol of the last decade and the midwits make it bigger and bigger
HeughJanus@reddit
because its intended to phase out the p320 as well sig just cant legally admit it
demoncrusher@reddit
As long as they have the military contracts, the p320 isn’t going anywhere
JJmarcone@reddit
Enough misfires and that contact will get voided. Its will on its way
demoncrusher@reddit
I believe there have been nine out of half a million over the last several years, a statistical fart in the wind
JJmarcone@reddit
That's not the way you asses risk. Also they had a recall bc the gun wasn't drop safe. Whay was that lol
Floor_Cereal@reddit
Agreed. I love my P365. It's got a red dot on it, but that's it. Best pistol I own
SiegfriedArmory@reddit
Original p365 + a good pocket holster is carry perfection.
Jazz_horse@reddit
So? Why only have one? I’ve got a small grip for when I need deeper concealment, xl size for when I don’t, and a fuse axg for when I’m feeling like it’s a 4.3 inch heavy grip sort of day. For my hands all of those sizes absolutely fuck.
bigburt-@reddit
Love my 365x
theFartingCarp@reddit
I love my 365 fuse. Tbh, I honestly might get a standard small 356 just for this.
PreviousShenanigans@reddit
I love the X Macro. Seventeen rounds in a pistol the size of a Glock 19. Just gotta hit the bench press and not be fat, and concealing it is easy.
Mountain_Man_88@reddit
I have a little one and a Macro and it's a good deal. Little one in the summer, Macro when it's colder out, for home defense, etc. Can still carry 21 round sticks in my bag for reloads.
It's like having a Glock 26 and a Glock 19 but the 26 has always felt awful in my hand.

I always say I situationally carry. I have many pistols for different situations I feel I will interact with when I’m out.
Going to a nice grocery store in an elderly area? Gettin my mail outside? I’m carrying my ruger 380. Or my j frame.
Going to a gas station in a slightly sketchy neighborhood? Probably carrying my g26 or my ruger max.
Going to a Facebook marketplace meet up in a really bad part of town to look at a shitty car in someone’s backyard? Going to somewhere in a bad part of town to help a friend with a flat tire? G19 sidecar.
It’s situational.

I keep seeing people say this. Is it not inconvenient for people that they now no longer have a front pocket for their phone?

I put my phone in my other pocket and put my keys and wallet in my back pockets.

Ronin1@reddit
I've got a Shield 1.0 as my regular carry. How does the bodyguard compare?
WillSmith4809@reddit
Significantly smaller, HxLxW. All the way around. .380 so its less recoil, but its a little snapper because of the small size. Its a true pocket pistol though, whereas the shield is a micro. You could consider the bodyguard a "nano" size.
If youxre looking to upgrade, but not looking to go smaller, might look into the shield plus, hellcat, p365, or canik mc9.
If you're looking for smaller, IMO, the bodyguard is the best option out there.
Special_Answer@reddit
I have a p365 and a bodyguard 2.0 carry comp, I would recommend both whole heartedly. Personally I carry the p365 iwb and the 2.0 as a pocket gun. I've carried a shield and prefer the p365 for iwb or even some pocket carry but the bodyguard is so concealeable and convenient and I use it as my carry while at work. I work in a client facing role so it's not exactly a permissive environment for CC and I have no fear of anyone clocking my bodyguard.
sirbassist83@reddit
Bg 2.0 is small but not in the same class as a true mouse gun. Compare it to a p32 or a baby browning and it feels gigantic.
WillSmith4809@reddit
I never said it was. Its also far more capable than either of those guns, while still fitting in a pocket
tyrostar@reddit
It's just so convenient and comfortable. My g19 is sad now.

jaunesolo81829@reddit
Pocket pistols are the best carry. A j frame is just so handy
smokeyser@reddit
They're definitely convenient. I've got a Zastava M70 .32 that I pop in my pocket when making a late night run to a drive through. Why put on pants with a belt just to get a taco?
Strong_Dentist_7561@reddit
Fellow enlightened soul… how do you carry your Zastava ?
smokeyser@reddit
I just stick it in my pocket. Round chambered, safety on.

Must be nice to have pockets big enough to fit it. Fuck women's clothing and their non-existent pockets.
No_Object_7223@reddit
Purse is where ithink they gain an advantage though. No real man wants to go in a woman's purse.
homemadeammo42@reddit
I don't like carrying off body. I won't ever put a gun in my purse. They are too easily stolen.
No_Object_7223@reddit
I never thought about that I guess maybe I don't see that as a personal threat as much as I should maybe, I never really encountered a snatch n grab ordeal but I'm sure it's a problem depending on your location. But regardless 95% of the woman I know that do carry, that's where they carry.
homemadeammo42@reddit
Depending what I'm wearing, I carry IWB, hooked on my bra between by boobs, or in a pocket if I have a jacket that has big enough pockets.
No_Object_7223@reddit
I'm sure iwb is a hard sell in woman's clothing I could see where ud want like a lil beretta jetfire or kektec p32!
homemadeammo42@reddit
My p32 is my go to. In winter I bump up to a 365 because I have enough layers to conceal it properly. I was really hoping the pr3at was going to be reliable because I would have just switched to that for year round. But keltec had to keltec.
No_Object_7223@reddit
I keep the xl, I like it alot.
Oxytropidoceras@reddit

No_Object_7223@reddit
I'll be honest as cool as I think it is, I almost never carry anything other than my 9, not bc I think that's the best way, not bc I think its cool, But unfortunately, like a lot of us here I genuinely might need it, for wildlife, or Human threats or the occasional trick shot to cut-down your hangmans rope, you know the usual. Honestly I'm just lazy. I literally keep mine in its appendix carry holster and literally inside a sling bag with my wallet smokes and keys. All eggs in one basket I say bc fuck the ones that said I couldn't to begin with.
whoisdizzle@reddit
Big fan of pocket revolvers. LCRx and SP101s are in rotation. 5 rounds only but goes bang and .357 puts a solid hole in a meat target

"Colt 1908" is, confusingly, the short name of two different pistols made by Colt.

Yours is a picture of the Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket in .25 ACP (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colt_Model_1908_Vest_Pocket). It is smaller than the BG 2.0
There is also the Colt Model 1908 Pocket Hammerless in .380 Auto (a variant of the 1903 Pocket Hammerless in .32 ACP). It is larger than the BG 2.0.
Both of those are pictured on the left side of OP's picture.
TheScribe86@reddit (OP)
Yes, that's 25acp, the M1908 is the same size aSmall the 1903 Hammerless (slightly bigger) but in .380
BandedLutz@reddit
Pocket pistols are great! A P32 in a pocket holster makes it so easy to always be carrying (to get any more concealable you'd have to get something unorthodox like the Third Bay Ounce).
I prefer .32 ACP over .380 for tiny pocket pistols. .380 pocket pistols are generally snappy and less pleasant to train with. Shot placement and quick follow-up shots makes a much greater difference in self defense situations than the marginal differences in ballistics between .32 ACP and .380 (and modern .32 ACP like Underwood Xtreme Defender is quite effective).

SiegfriedArmory@reddit
There are pocket holsters, typically they have a grippy material like silicon on the outside and leather or felt on the inside, and are designed to slip into a pocket instead of attaching to anything.
Immediate_Peach_pfec@reddit
There are specific holsters for pocket carry

If you can comfortably carry and conceal a larger pistol and an extra mag, it’s definitely not going to hurt. I don’t always carry a spare mag, but I always carry a Hellcat RDP with 15rd mag, a Glock 32 with 15rd mag, or a 19x with its 19rd.
I’d much rather be over prepared than underprepared. Im also 6’4”, so I hate the feel of anything smaller than Hellcat with an extended mag.

Glock 26 with a 33 stick mag as a back up is the goat carry option.
