Black screen

my pc starts up too a black screen, i hard reset it yesterday now it just goes to a black screen after like 20 seconds, i can’t see my cursor, there is no sound, everything is working perfectly fine in my pc. I tried reseating my gpu, ram, and cmos nothing changed.

Do you mean a hard reboot by holding the power button?
What happened up to the point where you needed to do that?
At what part of the start up does it go black screen?
I have no idea what you mean by “everything is working perfectly fine”?

i was tying to get my bluetooth driver and the troubleshoot told me i needed to hard reboot i guess, the screen sits on no signal for about 30 seconds and then goes black, nd all the fans and lights are spinning inside the pc

Alright so that sounds like BIOS / Driver / Windows or any other type of software issue.
And the issue seems to be that the graphics card for some reason is not giving you any output.
Does your CPU support onboard graphics? Then my first test would be taking out the graphics card and use onboard graphics, to confirm the theory that the issue is specifically connected to the graphics card.
And otherwise reinstalling resetting everything like you’re trying is the way forward.
