13 Fan - 2 GPU - Dual Chamber PC case

Hey everyone! I'm upgrading my PC with a second RTX3090 for local LLMs. My current case has the PSU mounted at the bottom and my ASROCK Taichi Lite has the PCIE slots at 3 and 7. I also live in Dubai so ventilation is critical, I'm currently on 1 GPU with 9 fans (6 in, 3AIO out). Can someone recommend me a case that doesn't break bank with specs in the title? * Front mesh for 140x2 or 120x3 * Side and rear mesh * Top and Bottom mesh Thank you

>I'm currently on 1 GPU with 9 fans (6 in, 3AIO out). 6 in 3 out sounds pertty horrible, you should probably remove 3 of the intake fans, and you'd probably end up with less noise, and better cooling performance, if dust idn't an issue, maybe even remove 4 of the intake fans to create slightly negative pressure inside of the case to get better cooling My go to for the last few years has been making custom cases, right now i use a 4U server case which i modded to fit standard components, and thermals have been better than ever since i fully designed everything myself instead of relying on universal designs that don't take into account the environment the PC is in
