My interpretation is the following:

The painting one slide 1 is an abstract painting of the famous Butler Photo. The thing is that the painting is from an article posted 2022, two years before the shooting. It’s on a site dedicated to time travel. The painting is also posted on a Twitter account made in 2023, and the owner has worked at NASA and posted about time travel. From the numbers in his handle you can convert them (7 is the seventh letter in the alphabet etc) and you get a bunch of letters. Anagram them and you get “Chief AGI = Chief General Intelligence” = Singularity.

I’m not at schizophrenic so don’t expect it to make sense.
