RTX 5080 Black Screen Issue under Load (Still)

I am becoming desperate and starting to consider RMA. It has been super frustrating paying 1300 EUR for a card that does not work and still have to jump through lots of hoops to get what I paid for.
Under GPU load, the system suddenly:
- goes to black screen
- GPU fans ramp to 100%
- sometimes sound continues briefly
- GPU is at 98% and 99% load when it happens.
- requires restart
- Normal load and medium load does not cause the issue
It happens in:
- 3DMark Time Spy (sometimes within 3 seconds)
- Red Dead Redemption 2, REANIMAL, and others.
My System
- AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
- Pure Power 12 M 1000W
- ASRock B850 Pro RS
- RTX 5080 Inno 3D 3X
I have tried:
- BIOS updated to newest version
- DDU clean driver reinstall
- PCIe Gen4 instead of Gen5
- Disabled G-Sync and messing with game settings
- Tried different refresh rates
- Power limit reductions (through Nvidia and MSI afterburner)
- Reseated GPU and cable
- Switched from native 600W cable to included nvidia adapter + PCIe cables
- Upgraded to new motherboard and new CPU and issue still persists
- Undervolting attenuates but does not fix
At this point, does this sound like a faulty GPU, or is there anything else realistic I should test first?

I would try testing this GPU in a whole another PC if you can. It's either GPU itself or PSU at this point, since you switched mobo and CPU already.

Ty, will do.
